Executive coaching for experienced leaders stepping into bigger roles

I work with mid-career and senior leaders at pivotal moments in their careers - when the scope expands, expectations rise, and the margin for error narrows. These are moments when experience alone is no longer enough. Leaders need space to think clearly, challenge their assumptions, and make high-stakes decisions with confidence and impact. My role as an executive coach is to provide that space - and to help leaders navigate transition, complexity, and growth in a way that is both strategic and sustainable.

A perspective shaped by breadth, not theory

Before establishing my independent coaching practice, I spent over 15 years advising senior executives at some of the world’s largest organisations as part of Gartner (and formerly CEB). I worked week after week with C-suite and senior leaders across technology, finance, and professional services - supporting them through transformation, organisational change, leadership transitions, and moments of sustained pressure. This experience matters because it gave me breadth as well as depth:


  • I spoke with new executives every week
  • I saw the same leadership challenges repeat in different forms 
  • I learned to diagnose issues quickly and work at pace with leaders operating at scale 


Alongside this advisory background, I have completed 500+ hours of 1:1 executive coaching over the last three years alone. This combination gives me strong pattern recognition, and allows me to help leaders move more quickly from insight to confident, practical action.

How I work with leaders

My coaching is practical, focused, and tailored to the realities of senior leadership. Clients typically come to me when they are:


  • preparing for a bigger or broader role 
  • navigating career or organisational transition
  • needing to increase influence, visibility, or strategic impact
  • managing complexity, ambiguity, or high-stakes decisions  


Rather than offering generic frameworks, I work with what is actually happening - in the organisation, in the system, and for the individual leader. Our work typically centres on questions such as: 


  • How do I need to lead differently at this level?
  • Where should I focus my time, energy, and influence now?
  • What needs to change in how I show up as expectations increase?
  • How do I sustain high performance without burning out?


The aim is not incremental improvement, but clearer thinking, stronger leadership choices, and confident action.

Working with organisations

Alongside individual coaching, I partner with HR and L&D teams to support leaders at critical stages of development and transition. This includes:


  • 1:1 executive coaching
  • coaching programmes for senior and high-potential leaders
  • support during leadership transitions and transformation initiatives


I work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure coaching is aligned with organisational context, leadership expectations, and development goals - while remaining confidential and leader-centred.

Professional credentials

I am an ICF-accredited Executive Coach (ACC), currently completing the requirements for PCC accreditation. I hold over 500 hours of executive coaching experience and continue to invest in advanced training and supervision to ensure rigorous, ethical, and effective practice.
